It’s okay to change your mind.


Your package arrived on time and in perfect condition. Now you realize you should have ordered a different colour or style. We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase.

We give you 30 days to return your unused item to us in its original packaging. 

Simply call our Customer Service for information and to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

A few things to keep in mind when returning a purchase:

  • All products and components/manuals must be returned.
  • Use the original outer box and packaging material to return your purchase. If you’ve already disposed of the shipping box, use a suitably sized one in good condition and ensure there is sufficient fill materiel to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Please do not write anything on the product or product packaging. If the item is being returned in its own outer box (e.g. toner), please write the (RA#) on a separate sheet and tape it to the box.
We honour most manufacturers' warranties, even after the period authorized for returns. We have agreements with most manufacturers. Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to the manufacturer's policies. In some cases, the customer must contact and make arrangements directly with the manufacturer's customer service.

Delays to obtain a replacement product are variable and can take up to several weeks.
